Cathedral Close

The Cl, Salisbury SP1 2EJ, UK

Cathedral Close

The Cathedral Close is the largest in the UK and is made up of grand houses which were once the homes of canons and deans who worked at the cathedral. Some of these impressive buildings are open to the public, such as the two museums and Arundells, others you can only admire from the outside. There are plenty of places to sit and relax in the cathedral grounds to watch the world go by, and several cafes and restaurants on offer.
